The Represent scholarship offers 24 places throughout the year onto our 16 week coding bootcamp, completely free of charge, for members of our Community Partner coding groups Codebar, Coding Black Females, Somalis in Tech, Muslamic Makers and Next Tech Girls.
Places are available on selected 2024 cohorts with options to study fully remotely or in a hybrid format which is split between remote study, and learning with us onsite at our campus in London.
On the course you’ll learn coding fundamentals and best practice, receive holistic support to support your wellbeing and hone your soft skills, and comprehensive job hunting support from the Makers Journey Success Team. FAQ's
Can I take days off during the Bootcamp?
You will not be able to take any time off during the 16-week training.
Do I have to live in the UK to apply?
In order to be eligible for the apprenticeship opportunity, you have been resident in the EU or the UK for the last 3 years, or have refugee status in the UK.
Are living costs covered?
No. The scholarship covers the cost of the tuition fees only (usually £8500). Please ensure you can fund your living costs throughout the programme and during the job hunting period.
